The Flodraulic Poultry Division took over the distribution of all the Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health vaccination devices and spare parts over a year ago. The objective has been to focus on customer service by improving communication with the customer, providing quality products, and meeting or exceeding a two-week lead time for shipping.
Communication is vital to good customer service. You as a customer can count on the Poultry Division team to respond quickly to your requests. You will be given an assessment of the time frame for delivery and receive follow-up reports on the progress of your order.
Flodraulic is ISO certified and must adhere to strict standards. This means that all vaccination devices must pass a thorough inspection before shipping.
After the inspection is completed, the device is packed for shipping using Sealed Air Foam Technology. This will ensure the device arrives intact and damage-free. The Shipping and Receiving team play an important role in the success of the Poultry Division. They handle all shipping documents for international and domestic orders. And ensure that each package or pallet is properly loaded onto the truck for transport.
Customer Service Representatives back up the Poultry Division by ordering parts and following up with vendors to ensure parts arrive at our facility on time. Additionally, they can source parts from one of our many Flodraulic sites throughout the world to avoid delays due to backorders. They search from a list of vendors to get better pricing to pass along to the customers.
The Poultry Division staff has over 60 years of combined experience working with pneumatic systems and the mechanics used in the hatchery and farm vaccination devices offered by Flodraulic. Their knowledge of the hatchery and farm operation as well as the vaccines used in the devices is beneficial to our customers.
