The Flodraulic Poultry Division took over the distribution of all the Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health vaccination devices and spare parts over a year ago. The objective has been to focus on customer service by improving communication with the customer, providing quality products, and meeting or exceeding a two-week lead time for shipping.

Communication is vital to good customer service.  You as a customer can count on the Poultry Division team to respond quickly to your requests.  You will be given an assessment of the time frame for delivery and receive follow-up reports on the progress of your order.

Flodraulic is ISO certified and must adhere to strict standards. This means that all vaccination devices must pass a thorough inspection before shipping.
